Christmas in the smokies...

We decided to go to TN at the last minute...thanks to Priceline for taking our offer...it was a fun time but very COLD at Dollywood. We saw a lot of snow and ice and even saw the elk on the way home! Jeb was thrilled. We took in most of the Christmas shows at Dollywood and I learned that they have about 30 minutes to impress Caleb and if the snacks run out he is running out. Still, Babes in Toyland was a neat show. Jeb actually watched all the shows and enjoyed them. We now have another motivator to get Jeb to eat...he wants to be able to ride in the motion seats so he can experience 4D and not just 3D! Best wishes by summer! The boys love the antique car ride the best...I guess if they can't be home on their Power Wheels they will take the next best thing...we must have ridden that ride 10 times.

Cay can now do puzzles! I am thrilled...this has been a skill that I have been working on with him for a while and he finally got it when I put a hammer in his hand and told him to "beat the pieces in"...he is quite the aggressive puzzle worker!

The last pic of the 4W 's on the bridge is of Jonas's trip on dirt roads from SC to NC...they rode a long way in the freezing cold and saw a lot of beautiful views and waterfalls. I don't know how they did it, but he and his cousins and father love doing that each year!
