Jeb's OTHER family

You met Jim...now know the rest of the gang...I will upload a picture when I get a chance...we arranged them for a family portrait ...that Jeb took...yesterday.

Many of you know that Jeb has almost every animal that the Shleich company has ever made. Some of them come out weekly, but there are about 25 that are extra special. I have spent hours getting to know and love them. First of all there is Sammy. He is a small hamster with a big heart…he even travel with us so many of you have met him out and about (in Jeb’s pocket). Then, there are Maybell and Otis, the large Holstein cows. They have 2 children, Maybell is nursing one of them right now. Next, you have the dog gang…we have lost Balto who is part wolf, but the others are Peter, Pongo (yes, a dalamtion!), Buster, Chance, Darla, Zach, and Pete. The horse of the family is Patty. The bulls are Junior, Thunder, Lightening, and our buffalo is the extra-special Shaggy. There is also a Buffalo named Dodger. Jeb says Shaggy likes to play and go to school (he is helping me write this). The moose is Moose A Moose—(some of you know this from Noggin). Our goats are Adam and Sonny and Petunia. They have twin baby goats Lily and Tilly. The koala is Nigel. An Elk named Gilbert, whose friend is the smaller deer Elliott (think Open Season). Then, there is the lion Alex and his frind Marty the zebra (think Madagascar). The “cheeto” is still just that…I can’t convince him that it is CHEETAH! We also have a donkey named Esther. They go to the sale often, but they always find their way back home to our table.
Alex enjoys “eating meat.” Thunder is the “meanest and he gets coyotes.” His favorite dog is “Buster and Pete.” The buffalos fight all the time. But for the most part, we all get along during the day. In fact, I don’t know what we’d do all day without them!
