| We went through Forks, WA, where parts of the new Twilight film were shot. This little ghost town was all abuzz! I also had the best salmon burger and milkshake here!!! Nothing like a great meal after a long hike. |

| This is low tide on the Olympic Peninsula. I was pretty uptight about getting caught on a beach hike at high tide and I am so thankful to report that we were never trapped! |

| We hiked as far out as you can in America, to Capa Avala. I told J I would take his pic on this rock out in the ocean at low tide b/c this was as close as he could get to Alaska for a long, long time. |

| There were 4 bald eagles flying out at Cape Avala when we reached there. It was so wild to see so many bald eagles in their natural habitat! |
